The explosion-proof control box is mainly used to control the power distribution box of the lighting system and the power explosion-proof box of the power system. It is generally used in explosive dangerous places. Circuit breakers, contactors, thermal relays, transfer switches, signal lights, buttons and other components are configured inside. The component brands can be selected according to user needs. Today, the editor will take everyone to briefly understand the characteristics of explosion-proof control boxes and installation precautions.
1. The shell is made of aluminum alloy die-casting, the surface is polished at high speed and powder electrostatic sprayed, and the appearance is beautiful;
2. This product is a composite explosion-proof structure, the switch box adopts an explosion-proof structure, and the bus box and junction box adopt an increased safety structure;
3. Modular design is adopted, and various circuits can be freely combined;
4, built-in high-breaking small leakage circuit breaker or molded case leakage circuit breaker, through the operation of the handle outside the explosion-proof shell to achieve opening and closing;
5. This product comprehensively introduces a new optimized design scheme and operating mechanism, compact and reasonable structure, good versatility, flexible and convenient operation, and good hand feeling;
6, with overload, short circuit, phase loss, leakage protection function;
7. Fasteners are made of 304 stainless steel with strong corrosion resistance;
8. Wiring method, steel pipe or cable, explosion-proof hose can be used;
9. Can be customized according to user requirements.
1. When installing an explosion-proof control box, review the parts, components, and dimensions to avoid any omissions;
2. It is not allowed to knock, touch, or scratch the explosion-proof surface during the installation of the explosion-proof control box, so as to ensure the smoothness of the surface;
3. It is strictly forbidden to hit or use inappropriate screwdrivers and wrenches when assembling the box screws and nuts for the explosion-proof control box;
4. Before assembling the electrical components of the explosion-proof control box, carry out a pressure test as required, pressurize 1MP, and maintain 10-12S;
5. When assembling the electrical components of the box body, the explosion-proof box should pay attention to whether the installation position is correct, install it firmly, and ensure the stability of the box body;
6. The assembly box is marked with a marking machine, and the line number is clear and complete. Pay attention to the wire sequence color and wire diameter when wiring, so as to avoid confusion and not remember clearly;
7. Debug according to electrical design requirements after installation;
8. After debugging, tighten the wiring harness, install the wire slot cover, and pay attention to whether the grounding wire is connected;
9. Before tightening the box cover, evenly apply a layer of 0.1—0.3mm3# calcium base grease on the explosion-proof surface of the box body, which is anti-corrosion and waterproof;
10. When tightening the box cover, tighten the screws crosswise, symmetrically, gradually and evenly with a tightening torque of 18N, M;
11. After the explosion-proof box is assembled and the box cover is tightened, a plug gauge should be used to check the explosion-proof gap, and the gap should not exceed 0, 1mm;
12. After the assembly of the explosion-proof box, clean the surface of the box after the assembly is completed, and use foamed plastic for proper packaging to avoid damage to the structure of the box and surface spraying layer during transportation and installation, and to prevent water intrusion into the box.
